An initial meeting will allow us to discuss your vision and requirements.

To understand the look and feel you are trying to achieve and execute your plans to the finest detail, we will ask you to provide us with any drawings, photographs or mock-ups that will help us visualise your project.

This would also be the point at which we can present supporting design services if required.

Request a design consultation

We can work on implementing your original concepts and designs or offer our design services if required.

The design services on offer include:

Preparing to-scale 2D layouts of the rooms that include the positioning of product proposals.
Proposal of furniture, fitted joinery pieces and related materials accompanied by presentation sketches with details to help you evaluate the project.
Computer generated 3D rendering to bring to life how the final project will look once realised.

Design concepts and drawings

When the preliminary elements of the project are confirmed and an estimated delivery date is established we will create a fee proposal.

The proposal will set out the following:

Our design service fee (if required).
The price of each commissioned piece of furniture, joinery or other materials.
Our delivery and installation fee.

Quotation

Where your project includes bespoke fitted joinery and cabinetry, we will arrange for a member of our team to come to the project site for an inspection to take precise measurements ahead of production to ensure that the pieces fit exactly as required.

It is this attention to detail that makes our offering unique.

On site inspection

We will source and supply any specified fabric and materials you require and provide samples for approval ahead of production.

Material and finishing approval

Where our design services are required, our team will work closely with you to create final drawings and visuals for approval. This provides all stakeholders with clarity on the desired outcome for the project.

Design development and final design sign off

We will be monitoring the progress of production and keep you regularly updated throughout. With both our on site team as well as integrated systems we have regular updates on the development of your commission.

Our team will be carrying out quality control checks at all key stages of the production process and may need to consult with you on aspects of the design as the pieces develop.

A final and meticulous inspection will be made when production of all pieces is completed, to ensure that they are up to our quality standards and match all design elements.

Photos of the finished products will be sent prior to delivery.

Manufacturing

When all commissioned pieces are ready, a team of professional movers and assemblers will deliver, unpack, set up free standing pieces of furniture and install all fitted joinery at the project site.

We will remain on site until all design partners are satisfied with the installation.
